01 / What we do

What we do, and the standard we hold across all of it.

Informed by senior production engineering — not opinions from outside the work. We do it end-to-end, document it, and hand it off in a state your team can own.

01 / Capability

Data infrastructure & dashboards

Multi-source data integration, harmonization, and visualization for teams that need clear answers from messy inputs. Architectures designed to absorb schema change instead of forcing rewrites.

  • Tableau
  • Power BI
  • dbt + Airflow
  • Postgres
  • BigQuery
  • pgvector
  • Dremio
02 / Capability

AI systems for real-world use

Agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, and decision-support tools that ship to real users. The hard parts are the data, the evals, and the security posture — not the model calls.

  • Vertex AI
  • Claude / OpenAI
  • FastMCP
  • RAG
  • HIPAA-aware
  • Evals
03 / Capability

Custom software, built for handoff

Full-stack systems for nonprofits, government, research, and mission-aligned startups. Documented as we build. Trained at handoff. Owned by your team afterward.

  • Django
  • React
  • React Native
  • AWS
  • GCP
  • Terraform
04 / Capability

Productionize what you’ve prototyped

You shipped a working prototype with Claude, Cursor, or v0. We rebuild it on a foundation that survives real users — auth, evals, observability, deploy pipeline. See below.

  • Auth & roles
  • Migrations
  • Eval harnesses
  • CI/CD
  • Observability
02 / A specific kind of engagement

Take that vibe-coded prototype to production.

You shipped a working prototype with Claude, Cursor, or v0. It demos. It even charms. But it has no auth model, no migrations, no evals, no observability, no deploy pipeline — and the code is held together with vibes. We rebuild it on a foundation that survives real users.

What you have

A demo that works on your laptop

  • Single-file React app with hard-coded keys
  • No auth, no roles, no audit trail
  • Calls a model directly from the browser
  • Database is whatever the AI defaulted to
  • No tests, no evals, no monitoring
  • No deploy story past “runs in the chat”
What you ship

A production system your team owns

  • Typed API with auth, roles, and rate limits
  • Migrations, backups, and a real schema
  • Server-side model calls with eval harness
  • CI/CD, observability, and incident playbooks
  • Frontend rebuilt for state, errors, and a11y
  • Documentation and live training at handoff

05 / How we work

Three phases. No surprises.

Fixed-fee for well-defined scopes. Time-and-materials for exploratory work. We tell you which fits before we start, not after.

Phase 01

Discovery & architecture

Learn the problem. Talk to stakeholders. Audit existing data and systems. Produce an architecture proposal with clear scope and milestones. Separately-scoped, fixed-fee.

Phase 02

Build

Iterative development against the architecture, with regular check-ins and demos. We document as we go — not at the end.

Phase 03

Handoff

Source code, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks, training materials, and live training. Your team owns what we build. Defined warranty period; optional ongoing support arranged separately.

06 / Contact

Tell us what you’re building.

Email is the fastest path. We respond within two business days. If you’d rather talk first, we’ll send a calendar link.
